सरकार ने Online Money Gaming पर बड़ा एक्शन लिया है। Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill 2025 को कैबिनेट से मंज़ूरी मिलने के बाद आज संसद में पेश किया जा रहा है। इस बिल के तहत अब भारत में किसी भी व्यक्ति या संस्था को पैसे वाले गेम्स चलाने या उसका प्रचार करने पर रोक होगी।जो भी इसका उल्लंघन करेगा, उसे 3 साल तक की जेल और ₹1 करोड़ तक का जुर्माना हो सकता है।विज्ञापन करने पर भी 2 साल की जेल और ₹50 लाख का जुर्माना लगेगा।Gaming कंपनियों के शेयरों में भारी गिरावट देखी गई है। इंडस्ट्री में हड़कंप मच गया है! The government has taken major action against online money gaming.The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill 2025 has been approved by the Cabinet and is being presented in Parliament today. Under this bill, any person or company offering or advertising real-money games in India will face a complete ban. Violation could lead to up to 3 years in jail and a fine of ₹1 crore. Even advertising such games could result in 2 years in jail and a ₹50 lakh fine. Gaming stocks like Nazara Tech have already seen sharp declines. This bill has shaken the entire industry!
